Willis Johnson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Bender & Company. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a registered principal of FSC Securities Corporation, Mr. Johnson provides a full complement of financial services to individuals and business owners. His primary area of experience is in business succession planning, as well as estate and investment planning.

During his 25 years as an advisor, 13 years with a national financial advisory firm, Willis implemented exclusive estate and financial planning techniques. His structured methodology, still the basis of his approach today, has placed him in the Barron's top 1000 advisors in 2009*. Building grounded, long-term relationships, while understanding client objectives and goals - has been the key to Willis’ success as a certified financial planning advisor.

Mr. Johnson received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Houston. He also practiced with a national CPA firm before becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
